You can return or exchange a product within 15 jdays following reception of the product if:
- The product has not been used - The product has not been washed - The product is not damaged - Original labels are still on product - Product is in original packaging
Accessories (gloves, arm warmers, socks, bandanas, hat, etc) cannot be returned as they are final sale.
Products purchased at rebate price or using a promotional code are not refundable. They can be exchanged for for other in-stock products. Otherwise, a credit note will be emitted for your next online purchase.

Returned item will be reimbursed using original payment method. Delivery and custom fees are not refundable.
1) Email at email@example.com, indicate ‘Return’ 2) Include order number 3) Include your full name, coordinates, product name, model, color and size 4) If you want an exchange, indicate model, color and size 5) We will send you an invoice for return shipping costs of 12$CAD 6) Once paid, a shipping label will be sent by email, print it 7) Affix the shipping label on the return package 8) Bring package to Canada Post for shipping 9) Upon reception we will reimburse you using the original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship for free (only once) the replacement items.
