Warranty

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we warranty our products against manufacturing of material defects for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, after assessment, we will repair, replace, or offer compensation for the defective product, according to its state and product availability.

Normal ware, excessive usage, inadequate care, accidental damaged and pilling caused by contact with rough surfaces ARE NOT covered by the warranty.

To asses if the product is covered by the warranty:
1) Email to info@lekklacycling.com, with 'Warranty'
2) Include the order number
3) Explain the problem and context
4) A few photos are useful for the assessment

A product that is covered by the warranty:

1) We will email a pre-paid shipping label
2) Print label and affix to package
3) Bring the package to Canada Post for shipping

Note: you must wash your garment before return!
